Locked account. How do I get it unlocked?

If your account has been locked after a number of unsuccessful login attempts, your company's admin on Glip can unlock it for you. They'll see a red "Unlock" button next to your entry on the People page. If you don't know who your company's admins are, or if they are unavailable, you can also contact Glip customer support to have your account unlocked.
