Do I need a Glip subscription?

As a RingCentral Office or AT&T Office@Hand customer, there’s no need for you to have a subscription to Glip. From within Glip you’ll be able to make phone calls, initiate conference calls, and video chat with RingCentral/Office@Hand Meetings. You get unlimited video chat with a meeting capacity that corresponds to your RingCentral Office/Office@Hand tier.

    Do any of the comments, suggestions, help requests ever get addressed by

    a Ring Central customer service group or support team? Or is this only a depository for other users to suggest possible solutions? This is way too

    complicated and confusing. I have yet to see a response from a Ring Central representative....?????
